The decreasing tendency of energy resources around the world forces countries to develop different policies in this field. In this context, the sustainability of the existing energy resources in parallel with the increasing population and developments in the economy is a matter of debate. Therefore, the competition in owning energy resources has evolved to use these resources more effectively and efficiently. In this context, the theme of energy efficiency comes to the fore. Today, energy efficiency is considered as the most important resource. Efficiency is a sine qua non for sustainable energy policies. For this reason, the issue of efficiency in the energy field is at the top of the global scale. The fact that developed economies follow successful policies in this area and rise to an economically advantageous position is effective in developing energy efficiency strategies in other countries. However, the point reached in this field is not at the desired level.
