They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of their company’s construction projects. They ensure that everything is running smoothly, from the initial planning stages through completion.

They also be involved in hiring and managing other staff members who work on these projects. This might include project managers, foremen, estimators, etc.


Our Construction Office Duties:

  • Coordinating with all our team to ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Evaluating bids from subcontractors and recommending which bids should be accepted or rejected.
  • Managing the project budget to ensure that costs are within the planned budget limits.
  • Preparing reports on project status, including cost and time estimates, equipment lists, labor hours worked, materials used, and issues that may impact completion of the project.
  • Maintaining records of costs, schedules, and project details to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Managing a team of construction managers, engineers, and other staff involved in planning and executing large construction projects
  • Developing and implementing construction schedules and plans for projects.
  • Scheduling and coordinating work crews to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget requirements
  • Ensuring that subcontractors are qualified and experienced in their fields and that they comply with federal and state regulations regarding worker safety

W.S.K office is responsible for Architect Designing – Execution Drawings of the construction residential buildings – marketing managment & delivering.
