The relations between the Gulf countries and the United States of America (USA) have had a special relationship that is rare in the Middle East thanks to the long-lasting cooperation. In this analysis, bilateral relations between Obama and Trump periods are compared, and the relationship dynamics are evaluated through the US strategic vision, regional order and strategic material interaction dimensions. In this way, the basic dynamics of US-Gulf relations will be understood and developed and will be useful to predict the new order in the region. During the Obama period, the US-Gulf relations remained strong only at the material level, but they were quite problematic in the other two titles. Under the presidency of Trump, the US-Gulf relations are likely to progress in three dimensions
